The smell of the shampoo is incredibly yummy!!! It feels good, it smells good. I actually need 4-5 pumps for my shoulder long hair. Not seeing a change in the washing cycle/procedure right now, I still have to wash it every other day. But I hope this will change over time to 3-4 days only.

This is my second order of this shampoo -- I love it! Light, gentle orange scent, and keeps my hair clean and balanced. I actually have been able to cut down on the amount I wash my hair which is not only better for me, but better for my water usage and environment. I would highly recommend this shampoo. And the refillable metal bottles? I love them!

This is my first time using a natural shampoo. I've used salon products for a long time. My hair is a bit past shoulder length, all one length and is very thin, fine and brittle. I was a bit taken aback by the lack voluminous suds but I love it! It rinses out easily and then I put in a bit of conditioner for a couple of minutes. Wow! I let my hair dry naturally and it was so soft, looked a bit shinier (at least to me!) and the soft fragrance was icing on the cake, so to speak. I would highly recommend both the shampoo and conditioner. The personal, handwritten note and a few samples absolutely exceeded my expectations and it made me smile.
Very well done and would highly recommend both these products and the company.

My hairdresser used the shampoo and conditioner on m hair today and she said she liked it better than the other one I was using (which actually was the other one I bought from you )and I know my hair feels lovely, I’ll see after a week if it feels any better! My hair is only washed every two weeks !

This shampoo and conditioner requires a bit more effort than conventional products. I have long straight hair. If it gets tangled I have to brush it before showering or I will have to brush twice as long after. I must wet my hair then use 2 pumps of product(same for both). Rubbing it into my hands first ensures that it will cost every part. Then I slide my hands down my hair from top to the ends. Then I make my fingers into claws and massage my scalp. I only smooth the ends of my hair a few times and let it rinse out. When I use conditioner, I rinse with cool water and leave the shower before it feels like it's totally gone.
