We ship via UPS and Purolator (Canada only) depending on your location and time of year.
If your address is a P.O. Box or remote location, your order will ship via Canada Post between Apr.7–Nov.20. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes during winter due to freezing risk. If winter transit time exceeds 5 days we will contact you to discuss alternate delivery options.
Important: If your address is an apartment or condo building, please include a buzzer number if applicable.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by email so you can monitor delivery and provide instructions directly to the carrier.
