Directions: Apply to wet hair and gently massage into the scalp. Rinse well and repeat — you’ll notice more lather during the second wash, signaling that your hair is truly clean. Follow with TRUTH Conditioner for balanced, silky results.

When switching to our 100% natural and botanical shampoo and conditioner, your hair may undergo an adjustment period for the first few washes until any residual chemical build up has been washed away. Your scalp's oil production will also regulate during this time.

As your scalp adjusts, most customers report fresher hair for 3–5 days.
