all of the products (but 1) that I purchased are christmas gifts or in the case of the bags, gifts and gift delivery so I cant comment on the products. Whay I can comment on is the excellent customer service and little extras like the bamboo toothbrush and the free soap sample and the eco friendly packing peanuts (biodegradeable).
As for the one vanilla orange shampoo that I have used, it is an excellent product.
I will be coming back for refills
