The handle is not comfortable at all. It does really hurt my hand. Also the container that holds the liquid keeps popping out making the spray of the cleaner impossible to spray out. I do believe a re-design is very much needed.

I am very disappointed with this mop. The mop itself is cheaply made and when I tried it on my floors it sounded like plastic clicking, like the handle was about to break.

One thought: the bottle that I received as a gift (thank you) is made of glass which is great for the environment, but I’m not sure it needs to turn at the top while I spray, but it would be nice if it didn’t.
Otherwise, we’ll be purchasing more for the next time. Your efforts to personalize this amazing product does not go unnoticed.

I do like the swivel mop and of course the No. 1 cleaner is fantastic. The under part of the handle is a little rough to hold so have wrapped it with some foam to make it more comfortable on the hands

I purchased the Home Cleaning Tri bundle and the swivel spray mop. I am very happy with everything I purchased. All the products do a great job! They are also very cost effective because you can use a small amount to get the job done. It's wonderful to find All Natural Products that work so well.

I have been using a popular floor cleaning system called the "V" system. Red in colour. The Elva floor system is a much lighter construction, I was concerned it would be too light and not sturdy. Well, it is light....and that is the point. It cleans well. The floor mop cloths clean better than the "V" mop cloths and do not cause streaking. Cleaning solution distributes evenly.
This system was $$......but the benefits so far have been worth it.

This was my first purchase at Elva's and I love this mop! I have needed something like this for a while as I have a dog and like to mop regularly. This environmentally friendly mop is well made, easy to use, easy to store, and does a brilliant job of cleaning my floors. The microfibre pads work really well for both dry sweeping or a good mop and are easy to wash. The cleaning solution is also top-notch. Feels good to buy from a Canadian company and do my part for the environment.

The product is well built ! However the reservoir is too small and you have to refill il many times if you’re doing more than one room.

The cleaner is a great degreaser and leaves a streak free finish on my glass and stainless steel appliances.
My hardwood floor was tacky and had no shine after using it with the spray mop I also ordered.
I'm not sure if I will reorder because the shipping is too expensive if the order is less than 100 dollars

The mop is much better than another one I had, thanks to the rotating head and the quality of the microfibres. I use it to extend vacuuming times (besides its intended use of cleaning hard floors). It was also great to receive a handwritten note with my order… it felt more like doing business locally!

I like it, I don’t love it. I’m beginning to realize that there’s no perfect mop system… mopping might just suck no matter what. I have 2 toddlers and the floor under the table is a nightmare.
I like this a lot more than swiffer wet or the Nellie’s mop. So that’s something!!!

It's lightweight, easy to use and effective (though for tougher spills, consider some watered down vinegar). The fragrance is subtle and really very lovely (I adore the scent of oranges). It doesn't irritate my lungs as much as other cleaners, which is nice.

I purchased the Swivel Spray Mop because it had great reviews and I agree with them. I have only used it a few times, but it is really easy to maneuver and it cleans very well. It is light weight and the tank is easy to fill up. I also really like that it comes with so many microfibre pads!

It would be my pleasure to review Elva's cleaner product. My wife and I first learned about Elva's products while at a family get together. My niece and my nephew's wife have both been using the Elva's products for some time and were showing my wife what a great product it was for cleaning in the kitchen. It seemed to be the perfect cleaner for just about everything from cleaning glass and mirrors, to kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances and more. My wife was very impressed with how well it cleaned and we decided to place an order.
We also have a very large dog and for me this product has been the answer to keeping the wooden and ceramic floors clean and shiny without any residue. I ordered the mop and found the combination worked as well as I had hoped.

Great mop better than swifter, which I rarely buy because I just use rags wet or dry. My new mop is thick, sprays very well, and the floors are clean, streak free and almost dry. Love it thank you

The mop came in 3 pieces, was super easy to assemble, and is super light! The wide mop pad makes for quick cleaning and is quite absorbent. The sprayer is awesome and, it’s so great that you don’t need batteries to spray. The liquid cleaner canister is smaller than I thought, but 3/4 full canister was just enough to clean a 1000 sf. area. I am so happy with the mop so far. I’ve only used it once but I was so impressed I had to write a review immediately. Great product!

I adore this mop. Very lightweight and easy to use. But best of all, it cleans the grout area of our kitchen floor - something the Swiffer fails to do. I also use dry for dusting. I like the fact that I can use water with my own cleaner diluted so that o know that it’s safe for my dog. Highly recommend!

This mop has changed my life - and my floors (I clean them more often now!). It’s so much easier to clean my floors quickly, without making a mess with water (like a regular mop) or filling the landfill up with disposable swiffer-like pads. I use this mop on all my floors including the stairs. It is SO much fun to use with the built in spray system. The washable microfiber pads go on and off with Velcro making it the easiest mop I have ever used. Love it!
